Konvekta has been a successful and innovative designer and manufacturer of thermo systems for commercial vehicles for more than 60 years. Based on our experience and strong commitment to drive innovation in the HVAC business we provide our partners with high performance, high quality and environmental friendly HVAC solutions – standardized or highly customized to the applications demand.
In China Konvekta is active since the 1970s. In the year 2000 the local production in Taicang was opened and since then customers, especially in the bus and cabin segment, are served locally. For serving the market even better Konvekta China is currently bringing a new bus A/C unit to the market – co-developed by our team in China - highly localized and with full commitment to quality, performance and environmental friendliness.

- Responsible for receptionist work, receiving phone calls and answer inquiries, providing visitor service;
負(fù)責(zé)前臺(tái)接待工作接聽電話，接待來訪人員;
- Responsible for office supplies, warehousing, monthly inventory, annual inventory statistics, admin. warehousing, guarantee the procedures of admin.  warehouse, to ensure accounting ledger.;
負(fù)責(zé)辦公用品倉庫保管，每月清點(diǎn)，年終盤存統(tǒng)計(jì)，做到出入庫登記，保證帳實(shí)相符；
- Responsible for the monthly/annual attendance record collection;
負(fù)責(zé)公司月度/年度考勤制作匯總；
- Responsible for staff canteen and the company office environment daily maintenance work;
負(fù)責(zé)員工餐廳及辦公室衛(wèi)生的日常管理；
- Responsible for staff meals statistics;
負(fù)責(zé)員工的用餐統(tǒng)計(jì)；
- Responsible for package Courier transceiver and registration;
負(fù)責(zé)包裹快遞的收發(fā)和登記；
- Responsible for ordering the hotels and tickets for staffs;
負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)訂來訪的德國同事住宿及員工出差的酒店、票務(wù)等；
- Arrange visitors reception work nicely;
妥善安排外來人員的接待工作；
-Assist manager to organize the company/ team activity;
