主要工作：

Duty：
1. Develop and implement supervision and inspection plan and report quality measures to the Department of Management
2. Development of supplier quality management program, such as the qualification of new suppliers, conventional factory audit, product testing, continuous monitoring and evaluation
3. To maintain the operation and maintenance of the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 file
4. Involved in the process of audit and optimize the process
5. Quality problems, propose solutions
6. Development and implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification and TS16949, such as APQP and PPAP
7. Testing production line and inspect from different aspect of the products in the final inspection.
8. Responsible for the raw materials into the plant inspection, some understanding of the quality of incoming ,quality defects can found, to ensure that they does not flow into the next process;
9. Responsible for molded products inspection by sampling, warehousing inspection, according to the inspection program, completion date of the first article inspection, inspection tasks;
10. Correct quality problems, has right to temporarily stop the on-site production and processing immediately report and notify the relevant personnel to their superiors.
11. Unqualified confirmation of the product, the initial treatment, issue substandard goods table and corrective and preventive measures, tracking and verification.
12. Nonconforming product and suspicious goods ready identification, isolation, record and deal effectively with the work, and effectively analyze and improve problem timely
13. timely reporting the quality problems timely;
14. Responsible for product shipment inspection and related shipping documents;
15. Support production to analyze the root cause for high scrap of orders and improvement actions
16. Participating all the progress of new parts development, and submit PPAP samples and reports to customer on time.
17. 5S management
職責：
1. 制定并實施監(jiān)督檢查計劃，向管理部報告質(zhì)量措施
2. 開發(fā)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理程序，如新供應(yīng)商的資格認證，常規(guī)工廠審核，產(chǎn)品測試，持續(xù)監(jiān)控和評估
3. 根據(jù)ISO 9001文件保持質(zhì)量體系的運行和維護
4. 參與流程審核并優(yōu)化流程
5. 質(zhì)量問題，提出解決方案
6. 開發(fā)和實施ISO9001:2000質(zhì)量體系認證和TS16949，如APQP和PPAP
7. 在最終檢驗中，對生產(chǎn)線進行測試，并從不同角度對產(chǎn)品進行檢驗。
8. 負責原材料進廠檢驗，對來料質(zhì)量有所了解，能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷，確保其不流入下道工序；
9. 負責模壓制品檢驗所抽檢、入庫檢驗，按檢驗程序，完成首件檢驗、日檢任務(wù)；
10. 糾正出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題，有權(quán)暫時停止現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)并立即處理，向上級報告并通知有關(guān)人員。
11. 對確認不合格的產(chǎn)品，進行初步處理，出具不合格品表和糾正預(yù)防措施，進行跟蹤驗證。
12. 對不合格品和可疑物品做好標識、隔離、記錄和有效處理工作，并及時有效地分析和改進問題
13. 及時匯報質(zhì)量問題；
14. 負責產(chǎn)品出貨檢驗及相關(guān)出貨單證；
15. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門分析訂單報廢率高的根本原因并采取改進措施
16. 參與新零件開發(fā)的全過程，及時向客戶提交PPAP樣品和報告。
17. 5S管理

學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上
工作經(jīng)驗：3年及以上
外語能力：英語 精通
電腦水平：精通
其他要求：

1. Proficient in the rubber industry, quality control, supplier quality inspection, and to develop the ability of suppliers;
2. Strong communication skills and influence;
3. Strong level of communication in English;
4. Good analytical skills as well as more complex quality systems thinking ability;
5. Willing to travel frequently in the country;
6. At least 3 years’ experience working in the foreign venture;
7. Bachelor's degree, Develops quality standard guidelines, work instructions, control plans according to ISO 9001
