Duties and responsibilities職責和責任 ? Directly communicate with customers, dealers and distributors regarding sales inquiries. 與客戶，經(jīng)銷商，貿(mào)易商等直接溝通有關(guān)銷售詢價 ? Be part of sales team and support sales by creating quotations, sales orders, deliver notes, order confirmations, presentations and other documents 通過創(chuàng)建報價，銷售訂單，發(fā)貨單，訂單確認函，報告和其他文件支持銷售團隊和銷售工作 ? Ensure the correct products and services are quoted and delivered to customers in a timely manner 確保向客戶及時報出和發(fā)出正確的產(chǎn)品和服務 ? Communicate with purchasing and warehouse department regarding stock level and delivery time of goods to customer. 積極與采購和倉庫溝通有關(guān)庫存量，向客戶匯報發(fā)貨期 ? Responsible to provide current goods information for order releasing to warehouse team 負責訂單發(fā)貨時提供準確的貨物信息給倉庫團隊 ? Issue invoices to customer according to company procedure. 根據(jù)公司流程給客戶預開發(fā)票 ? Keep up to date with product information 產(chǎn)品信息更新 ? Follow all company’s policies and procedures 遵循公司規(guī)章制度和流程 ? Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using specified KPIs (for example: sales forecast plan, customer satisfaction level, etc.) 使用指定的績效考核系統(tǒng)定期的準備內(nèi)外部相關(guān)的進展報告和預測報告（例如：銷售預測計劃，客戶滿意度調(diào)查等） ? Maintain and expand customer contact details in CRM system 客戶滿意度系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)維護和更新 ? Organization of exhibition and other marketing related events and tasks 展會，其它市場相關(guān)的活動和事務的組織 ? Document process and all related documents/ reports according to company procedures 根據(jù)公司流程處理文件和所有相關(guān)的文件或報告 ? Collect and document competitive intelligence 搜集和記錄競爭情報 ? Support marketing activities and other tasks assigned related to standard parts business 與標準件業(yè)務相關(guān)的市場活動支持和其他相關(guān)工作 |

Qualifications include資質(zhì)包含: ? Proven working experience as sales assistant and/or marketing assistant 銷售助理和/或市場助理的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 ? Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 掌握基本的銷售原則和客戶服務操作 ? Track record of over-achieving sales quota 跟蹤記錄完成的銷售指標 ? Solid communication and interpersonal skills 良好的溝通和人際關(guān)系技能 ? Customer service focus 客戶服務為重點 ? Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality 友善，樂于助人，自信與親和力 ? Very good administration skills 很好的行政技能 ? Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills 普通話精通，嫻熟的英文寫作和溝通能力 ? Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills 精通報告和創(chuàng)建報告 ? BA/BS degree or equivalent. 文學或商學學士學位或同等學歷 |
