Job summary and key objectives 1. Development the Software System軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā) - Develop reasonable electrical system according to the requirements 根據(jù)客戶需求制定合理的電氣設(shè)計方案； - Draw the system structure diagrams/schematic diagrams/wiring diagrams; 繪制系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)圖，原理圖，接線圖； - Choose the right components and test it according to URS 根據(jù)設(shè)計要求選型和測試電器元器件； - Lead the PLC software development, HMI software design, write the program /testing and optimization 負責(zé)PLC的軟件開發(fā)，HMI軟件的設(shè)計，編程/調(diào)試及優(yōu)化； - Prepare standard technical documentation, including SPEC, test reports and user manual 編寫技術(shù)文檔，包括功能說明、測試報告及操作手冊。 2. Optimization & standardization系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化&標準化推進 - Optimize the PLC program logic of existing products to improve stability, response speed and compatibility 優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的PLC程序邏輯，提升系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性、響應(yīng)速度和兼容性； - Promote the standardization of electronic control hardware/ software of existing products; 推動現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的電控硬件及軟件的標準化； - Establish the SOP of PLC development process; 制定電控部分的標準化開發(fā)流程，制定PLC編程規(guī)范。 3. Teamwork團隊協(xié)作與支持 - Build the team and teach junior engineer to finish the development tasks and provide technical training 建立團隊/指導(dǎo)初級工程師完成PLC相關(guān)開發(fā)任務(wù)，提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn)與知識分享； - Assist sales/BD teams in pre-sales technical communication and make customized control solution; 協(xié)助銷售，BD團隊進行售前技術(shù)溝通，提供定制化電控解決方案； - Support after-sales teams to resolve technical issues; 支持售后團隊處理電器技術(shù)問題，確保系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行。 - Cooperate with mechanical teams, supply chain and other departments to ensure project on-time delivery 協(xié)同機械組同事，供應(yīng)鏈等部門推動項目高效實施，確保按時交付； Authority and control Education & work experience - Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Automation/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, or related 自動化、電氣工程、機電一體化或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。 - More than 5 years of PLC development experience, proficient in Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC systems and HMI (Siemens, Weinview, MCGS). 5年以上PLC開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，精通主流品牌西門子/三菱PLC設(shè)計，觸摸屏（西門子、威綸通、昆侖通態(tài)MCGS） - Can develop/ testing the program，components selection, draw the schematic diagram Independent 需獨立完成程序的開發(fā)/測試， 電器元器件選型，電氣原理圖等的繪制； - Proficient in Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU protocols, with experience in PLC- upper computer communication. 熟悉Modbus TCP/IP、Modbus RTU協(xié)議，熟悉PLC與上位機的通訊； - Good planning and execution skills, good communication and responsibility. 良好的計劃和執(zhí)行能力，良好的溝通能力，責(zé)任心 |
