			Responsibilities: 工作職責 ? Plans based on the company’s business and human resource requirements. Establish a systematic human resource framework to meet key business needs. Fast growing on production now. 根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)和人力資源需求規(guī)劃,建立系統(tǒng)的人力資源框架,滿足關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)需求。目前生產(chǎn)正快速增長。 ? Provide effective solutions for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, etc. 在招聘、培訓(xùn)、績效考核、薪酬、員工關(guān)系等方面為業(yè)務(wù)部門提供有效的解決方案并實施 ? Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s HR system, including the entire process of recruiting etc. 負責管理維護公司人事系統(tǒng),包含從新員工招聘,錄用以及辦理退工離職等全過程。 ? Monitor and calculate absenteeism rate, overtime hours each month and ensure that employee wages and social insurance are paid on time 每月監(jiān)控核算缺勤率,加班小時等并確保員工工資及社會保險等按時發(fā)放和繳納 ? Responsible for improving the human resources rules, process and system; improving the efficiency of human resources operations. 負責完善人力資源的制度、流程、體系;提升人力資源運作效率。 ? Assist in optimizing the internal organizational structure, improving team cohesion, and increasing the stability of core employees. 協(xié)助進行內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,提高團隊凝聚力,提高核心員工的穩(wěn)定性. ? Responsible for the company's administrative affairs, such as office management, assisting foreign colleagues in applying for work visas, tax issues. Also team building ,maintaining government relations, and other administrative work. 負責公司相關(guān)行政方面的業(yè)務(wù),如:協(xié)助外籍同事辦理工作簽證,稅務(wù)問題等,舉辦團建活動,各種政府關(guān)系維護,以及其他行政工作。 ? Others assigned by Superiors 完成上級交代的其他事項 ? Will provide training in SWE. 試用期后瑞典培訓(xùn) Qualifications: 要求 ? College degree or above, major in human resources management, business administration, etc. 大?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,人力資源管理、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè). ? At least 3 years of human resources or related work experience, familiar with labor laws and regulations. 至少3年以上人力資源或者相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉勞動法律法規(guī)。 ? Have rich experience in recruitment/performance management/employee relations, etc., and experience in HR in Taicang foreign-funded manufacturing industry is preferred 在招聘/績效管理/員工關(guān)系等方面有豐富的經(jīng)驗,有太倉外資制造業(yè)HR經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 ? Simple communication in spoken English. 英語口語簡單溝通。 ? Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office software. 熟練使用計算機,微軟辦公軟件。 ? Possess good interpersonal sensitivity and networking skills, and be adept at working with different stakeholders and colleagues. 具有良好的人際關(guān)系敏感性和人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力,善于與不同利益相關(guān)者和同事合作。 ?
