Job title: SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials and products. · Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and smooth operation. · Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality. · Handle import and export customs declaration and clearance procedures, ensuring compliance and timeliness. · Manage and coordinate logistics, warehousing, and inventory control to optimize stock levels. · Work closely with internal departments (e.g., production, quality, sales) to support business needs. · Monitor supply chain performance, analyze data for continuous improvement, and cost reduction. 任職要求： · 本科及以上學(xué)歷，食品科學(xué)、化學(xué)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 · 至少2年以上采購(gòu)或供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 · 具備優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)溝通能力，可作為工作語(yǔ)言。 · 精通供應(yīng)鏈管理知識(shí)，熟悉采購(gòu)、物流、庫(kù)存管理等流程。 · 具備處理進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)、清關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)法規(guī)和流程。 · 出色的談判、溝通和人際交往能力。 · 具備解決問題的能力，能夠承受工作壓力。 Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. · Excellent verbal communication skills in English; capable of using English as a working language. · Proficient knowledge of supply chain management, familiar with procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes. · Hands-on experience in handling import customs declaration and clearance, familiar with relevant regulations and procedures. · Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Problem-solving ability and capable of working under pressure. 我們提供： · 具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬福利待遇。 · 良好的職業(yè)發(fā)展空間和平臺(tái)。 · 積極協(xié)作的團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍。 We Offer: · Competitive salary and benefits package. · Ample opportunities for career development and growth. · A positive and collaborative team environment. |
