| 工作描述： |
1）管理生產(chǎn)部值班長(zhǎng)/主管和操作工，工作分配，保證生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)； Supervise the shift leader/ supervisor and operators, distribute the task, and guarantee the production and the quality target; 2）根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝，制定相應(yīng)的作業(yè)流程和作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，要求生產(chǎn)部員工嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行作業(yè)流程,并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的監(jiān)督和 培訓(xùn),發(fā)現(xiàn)不良與質(zhì)量下降能作出相應(yīng)的分析與改善； Draw up the work flow and the work standard according to the production technique, give training to the worker and control the execution of all the work flow; 產(chǎn)車(chē)間實(shí)行5S管理，要求生產(chǎn)部員工嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行5S； Control and manage the 5S in the workshop; 確認(rèn)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度與生產(chǎn)異常跟蹤處理,監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)達(dá)成率； Confirm the production process and production exception tracking; control the production efficiency and production realization rate. 落實(shí)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的達(dá)成，確保產(chǎn)品的按時(shí)交付； Accomplish the production plan; make sure that the deliver is on time; 對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的管理和控制； Manage and control the production process; 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)部員工的技能培訓(xùn)和績(jī)效考核； Be in charge of the skill training and evaluation for the worker; 生產(chǎn)部相關(guān)報(bào)表的制作及匯報(bào)； Make the relative report of the production and report to the General Manager; 月末、年末協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)部、倉(cāng)庫(kù)對(duì)在產(chǎn)品物料的盤(pán)點(diǎn)； Provide assistance to finance and warehouse by making inventory of the material at the end of the year; 遵守安全規(guī)范，教導(dǎo)員工安全生產(chǎn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)安全隱患及時(shí)改善； Obey the safety standard, deliver the safe working policy, at the appearance of the hidden danger remove it and make it better in time; 隨時(shí)掌握生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量狀態(tài)，協(xié)調(diào)各部門(mén)之間的溝通與合作，及時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題； Be in control of the quality state in the production, associate with relative departments and work together with them to solve the problems in the production; 與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃部門(mén)積極溝通,保證機(jī)組能夠按時(shí)保質(zhì)完成. Keep gut contact with production planning; assure the on time accomplishment of task and also the quality; 督促員工嚴(yán)格按照作業(yè)流程操作,發(fā)現(xiàn)不良與質(zhì)量下降能作出相應(yīng)的分析與改善； Keep the worker working as the work flow instruction, analyze the disorder and low quality and improve it. 關(guān)注所管轄設(shè)備，配合技術(shù)部門(mén)作好設(shè)備管理工作,對(duì)產(chǎn)能所需設(shè)備作出統(tǒng)籌安排和預(yù)算； Take care of the equipments, manage the equipments with technique department, organize and plan the use of the equipments according to the production; 參與精益生產(chǎn),持續(xù)推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)效率提高,減少各方面對(duì)生產(chǎn)的浪費(fèi)； Participate in “proficient production”, improve the production efficiency, and reduce the waste in the production; 制定年度產(chǎn)能分析，提出人力與設(shè)備增置計(jì)劃（人員需求申請(qǐng)和設(shè)備、工具申請(qǐng)）； Analyze the annual productivity, make plan for personnel requirement and equipments purchase; 統(tǒng)計(jì)員工定額完成情況、制定下年度產(chǎn)量定額及生產(chǎn)部獎(jiǎng)金系統(tǒng)方案（包括值班長(zhǎng)和操作工）； Record the task accomplishment state of the worker, plan the production task and make the bonus proposal for the next year (including shift leader and operator); 本部門(mén)員工獎(jiǎng)懲提報(bào)； Plan and report the rewords and punishment of the workers; 總經(jīng)理交代的臨時(shí)生產(chǎn)事項(xiàng)。 Take over the temporary production job assigned by general manager. |

You task will be to develop our production department and bring the organization and processes to the next level and lead the relevant people. Departments as plastic injection, metal parts processing (milling, drilling, grinding) should be familiar to you. You can speak English or German fluently. With your experienced knowledge and strong leadership skills you take responsibility immediately and take action fast. You can work under pressure and deal with difficult subordinates and you want to take full responsiblity. Achieving western production standards in China is a realistic goal for you.
