PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Evaluate and qualify new equipments for transfer project and set up production lines to satisfy the production requirement. 2. Design fixture, modify software to expand current assembly line for new project production. 3. Prepare and update production document include FC,PFMEA,CP,WI etc. 4. Be actively involved in daily support to production lines and perform troubleshooting as per smooth production requires. 5. Continuously apply modern industrial engineering technology into production lines to form a flexible, agile, and lean manufacturing environment. 6. Communicate with US team to support new project launch or line troubleshooting. |

Education background/Qualifications: 1, BS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineering; 2, Understand on fixture design, familiar with CAD software; 3, Knowledge on PLC control and VB programming; 4, Familiar with shop floor management techniques such as 5S, lean manufacturing is a plus; 5, Good communication skill; 6, Good command of English both in spoken and written. Working experience: 2+ years of industrial manufacturing experience on assembly and testing. Skills: Knowledge on PLC control and VB programming. Knowledge on fixture design。 |
