| 工作描述： |
1.The Lean Manager will work actively with manufacturing plants at early stages of their lean journey,in conjunction with regional General Managers, a group of 3 Lean Champions in the business who focus on individual sites, business managers,operational staff and managers; 2.Providing guidance,technical support,coaching and mentoring in order to successfully implement Lean principles; 3.The Lean Manager will be responsible for strategy development and implementation but will also be highly "hands-on" and visible to all stakeholders-from the shop floor to the senior managers in the business; 4.Overall strategy has been agreed and is managed by the China CEO,together with the CEO of Asia Pacific and an Asia Pacific Lean Executive. |
