| 工作描述： |
Essential duties and responsibilities: • In charge of production safety, clean working environment and EHS culture. • Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by good communication. • Focus and monitoring on production results like Productivity, Quality and OTD. • Control the manufacturing cost, consumables and OT controlling. • Appraising job results include coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. • Initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, company rules and procedures. • Implement training plan for direct labors and leaders, develop workshop human resources(competency, skill, train the people for development). • Compile production report and share the status and improvement plan to workshop team and related managers(production reports). • Coodinate with process engineer, quality engineer, design engineer to ensure manufacturing quality according company requirement. • Lead some workshop projects with support from cross-functional team members and present the status to management team (RBS). • Promote team work spirit and continuous improvement conception. • Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, idenetifying solutions and recommend necessary actions. •Other tasks dispatch by department manager. |
