PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES ·Perform all aspects of accounting, finance and commercial work ·Prepare financial reports using financial accounting software ·Assist in preparing management accounting reports under guidance of existing accountant ·Prepare and submit statutory reports to government departments (tax office etc) ·Issue VAT invoices ·Perform cashier’s duties and handle all bank transactions ·Process claims, payments and reimbursements of daily expenses ·Monitor accounts payable owing to suppliers and schedule weekly payments. ·Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payment ·Monitor inventory ageing and reconciliation with warehouse stock records ·All other commercial issues that require administration support REQUIREMENTS 1)EDUCATION ·Diploma in Accounting and Finance 2)EXPERIENCE ·2+ years of accounting experience using financial software, prefer in manufacturing company; 3)SKILLS ·Have knowledge SAP accounting system, Microsoft Excel, local tax knowledge (VAT). ·Fast learning ability. |
