Job description: ? Cooperate with the stakeholders like production, quality, technical and so on to fulfil daily work. ? Leads and manages new project. Coordinate internally with colleague and HQ Germany or external customers and suppliers to make sure the project goes smoothly. ? Coaches and guides operators. ? Process design. Work with technical department for a professional assembly solution and quality control process. Design the necessary fixtures and toolings. ? New equipment sourcing and qualifying. ? Lean production management and CIP. ? Support on quality control. ? Documentation work, like CP/WI/FMEA and so on. Requirements: ? Bachelor degree, majored in electrical & mechanical or related. ? Good English in reading writing and speaking. ? 2 years working experience on related fields. |
