任務(wù) Tasks ?在薩普集團(tuán)內(nèi)部以及從國內(nèi)和國際市場(chǎng)的第三方機(jī)構(gòu)采購直接材料、間接材料和機(jī)器設(shè)備 Purchase direct, indirect materials and equipment within Zapp group as well as from third parties in domestic and international markets ?與供應(yīng)商就合同所有必要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行協(xié)商，包括價(jià)格、規(guī)格、交付和付款條件 Negotiate supplier contracts for all necessary contents including price, specification, delivery and payment ?會(huì)使用SAP開展工作 Working with SAP ?跟蹤和管理供應(yīng)商績效（交貨時(shí)間、成本、質(zhì)量） Track and control supplier performance (delivery time, cost, quality) ?確認(rèn)間接材料和辦公用品的替代供應(yīng)商，以擴(kuò)大供應(yīng)商基礎(chǔ) Identify alternative suppliers of indirect material and office ware to broaden supplier base ?客戶清關(guān)和手冊(cè)管理 Customer clearance and management of bonded books ?國內(nèi)和國際貨運(yùn)代理的管理協(xié)調(diào) Coordination with domestic and international shipping forwarders ?與內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)部門和技術(shù)部門就采購任務(wù)進(jìn)行溝通 Communicate with internal Production and Technical department about procurement tasks Profile輪廓 ?技術(shù)或國際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科學(xué)位 Bachelor’s degree in technical or international trading related major ?至少3年制造業(yè)采購經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience at least 3 years in purchasing in manufacturing industry ?SAP 經(jīng)驗(yàn)（SD；MM）是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng) SAP Experience (SD; MM) is a plus ?有保稅手冊(cè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮 Experience in Bonded Book handling is a plus ?可靠的、結(jié)構(gòu)清晰的和面向流程的工作方法 Reliable, structured and process oriented working approach ?在國際環(huán)境的團(tuán)隊(duì)中具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力 Team player in international environment and good communicator ?喜歡價(jià)格討論的強(qiáng)有力的談判者 Strong negotiator who enjoys price discussions ?母語為中文，英語聽說讀寫流利 Native Chinese language and fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing |
