| 工作描述： |
Job Duties 1. Be responsible for update and release of control plan and inspection plan 2. Be responsible for PPAP preparation and submission of new project or change 3. Make failure analysis for complained parts and follow up the 8D corrective actions 4. Prepare quality related instruction/standards in the shop floor, provide the necessary training. 5. Coordinate customer audit, product and process audit for segments 6. Define and maintain the Q reporting system in terms of scrap, rework, statistical process data. 7. Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area 8. Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability. 1. 更新和釋放控制計劃和檢測計劃 2. 提交新項目或變更PPAP文件 3. 投訴件失效分析及跟進8D整改措施 4. 編制質(zhì)量相關(guān)指導(dǎo)書并培訓現(xiàn)場員工 5. 協(xié)調(diào)客戶審核、產(chǎn)品審核及過程審核 6. 定義和維護質(zhì)量報告 7. 組織快速反應(yīng)團隊解決日常問題 8. 推動工藝流程、檢測方法、防錯及過程能力方面的持續(xù)改善 Requirements 1. Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Engineering or in Science and Engineering 2. Strong learning ability 3. Good problems finding and solving capability 4. Strong knowledge of MS Office 1. 本科學歷，工科背景優(yōu)先 2. 較強的學習能力和問題解決能力 3. 熟練使用Word Excel PPT等辦公軟件 |
