Tasks - MRP planning - Plan material requirement according to the sales forecast and master production planning, order and follow up the material of plant 1 to keep production running smoothly, especially focus on the critical material and suppliers - Yearly material budget planning and quarterly forecast planning - Inventory management - Monitor the inventory of responsible material to keep the inventory in target - Summarize the slowing moving and dead stock timely to make sure the fresh stock - Airfreight cost management - Control and reduce the airfreight cost based on available stock to make sure production running smoothly - Supplier management - Monitor supplier’s performance and feedback to Strategic purchasing or High level to get improvement - Knowledge share - Train new staff and share the related working experience to other colleagues to help them get improvement in working - Reflect quickly and solve the emergency case - Support the central logistic/finance/strategic purchase department on relative business - Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality - Support and take initiatives on MOVE Profile - Willingness to change - Goal focus - Thinking outside the box - Entrepreneurial thinking and acting - Customer focus - Team Play - Communication - Social and intercultural sensitivity - Powers of fascination - Knowledge of products - Sensitivity of the inventory and ability of controlling - High responsibility - Good Team play - Carefulness and sensitivity for the material - Ability of shooting trouble in case of emergency - … - Bachelor degree - Planning and purchasing experience above 3-4 years - Good communication skill - Good English writing and oral skill - Proficient SAP skills |
