| 工作描述： |
Responsibility: 1. Operation and evaluation of complex acoustic and electrical measurements systems for evaluating the acoustic product quality by using manufacturing, quality and development tools. 2. Support of the technical, quality, production for identifying and correcting EOLT and acoustic equipment/machine malfunctions in the production/testing systems. 3. Preparation of decision documents for defining limit settings for acoustic serial testing, in close accordance with the responsible quality functions. 4. Deriving correlations between customer specifications and production line test systems by means of statistical methods (calculation of correlations, Right-First-Time Rate, Pareto analysis). 5. Setting of released limits for acoustic testing according to valid process descriptions. 6. Cooperation in capacity and resources planning for the acoustic laboratory operation in the plant. 7. Cooperation in planning and procurement of investment for the acoustic laboratory equipment in the plant. 8. Providing continuous feedback regarding improvements in acoustic product properties to responsible development and testing departments. 9. Supporting production team to improve EOLT RFT/ Scrap, and supporting quality function improve EOLT test setting. 10. Support for technical functions in the plant. Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree Technical Engineering 2. Knowledge in: Acoustics analysis knowledge or vibration analysis knowledge, Experience with testing facility 3. have a clear and fluent ability to speak English |
