| 工作描述： |
1.Get involved in shifts, following the issue reporting SOP, quickly classify WMS Issue or WCS Issue and assign to dedicated team to do issue fix, communicate with the operation, production support team and WCS development team to solve the WCS issues and follow up the issues status, making sure operation is running properly and stably and minimize the impact on the DC operation. 跟隨運營班次進行輪班，遵循問題上報的標準流程，快速識別運營上報的問題是WMS問題還是WCS問題，識別后將問題安排給到對應的團隊，與運營部門，生產(chǎn)支持部門和WCS開發(fā)部門等部門溝通來解決運營過程中的問題并跟蹤問題解決的進度、狀態(tài)，以最大程度降低對 DC 運營的影響，確保運營能正常生產(chǎn)。 2.Based on the business request, be able to put forward with the system solution and give them to the development team, like ASRS/AGV ect. 基于業(yè)務需求，有能力提出系統(tǒng)改善方案，并將它提交給開發(fā)團隊，如ASRS/AGV項目等。 3.Responsible for acceptance of system development, product function test & system docking test. 負責系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的驗收，產(chǎn)品功能測試&系統(tǒng)對接測試。 4.Responsible for on-site UAT testing to ensure that the system process meets customer requirements. 負責現(xiàn)場UAT測試，確保系統(tǒng)流程滿足客戶需求。 5.Track the project implementation plan, coordinated the implementation progress and quality, and completed the project delivery. 跟蹤項目實施計劃，協(xié)調(diào)實施進度與質(zhì)量，完成項目交付。 6.Responsible for coordinating on-site abnormal elimination and feedback and assisting in developing and solving problems. 負責協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場異常排除，反饋，協(xié)助開發(fā)解決問題。 7.Based on the document, to conduct the operation trainings. 根據(jù)改善報告，培訓運營部門。 |
