職責(zé) Responsibilities 1. 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃調(diào)度生產(chǎn)，把握及反饋生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，保證生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成。 Arrange production according to the production plan, control and feed back the progress of the production to ensure achieve the production target. 2. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)，控制生產(chǎn)物料。 Be responsible for safe production on the production spot. Control the production material. 3. 生產(chǎn)崗位人員安排及合理化調(diào)整，解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)常見問題。 Arrange operators to work on different production positions and adjust it rationally if needed. Resolve normal problems on the spot. 4. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量巡撿，監(jiān)督操作手按照作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書操作。 Conduct quality tour inspection on the production spot. Supervise operators if they operate according to the working instruction. 5. 帶領(lǐng)班組完成產(chǎn)能目標(biāo)，貫徹質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S，做好生產(chǎn)記錄及統(tǒng)計(jì)。 Lead the team to fulfill the capacity target. Carry out quality standards and conduct 5S, and make good production records and statistics. 6. 配合上級(jí)完成新品試制中的各項(xiàng)流程試驗(yàn)。 Cooperate with the superior to finish all kinds of procedure tests during test making of new product. 7. 按照培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃配合工程部對(duì)操作手進(jìn)行崗位培訓(xùn)和考核，不斷提高操作技能。 According to the training plan work with engineering to train and test operators and improve operators’ skills continuously. 8. 負(fù)責(zé)日常考評(píng)組長(zhǎng)及記錄，按時(shí)向上級(jí)提交準(zhǔn)確的記錄報(bào)告。 Be in charge of daily evaluation of team leaders and making records and submitting correct records to the superior in time. 9. 嚴(yán)格遵守安全規(guī)章制度，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全因素并提出整改建議。 Abide by the safety regulation strictly and seek unsafe factors in time, as well as make corrective proposals. 10. 負(fù)責(zé)班組內(nèi)員工的績(jī)效考核和日常績(jī)效輔導(dǎo)，幫助下屬員工不斷提高技術(shù)水平。 Be in charge of performance evaluation of staffs in the team and daily performance tutorship to help subordinates improve their technical skills continuously. 11. 協(xié)調(diào)班組內(nèi)員工之間的關(guān)系，在員工中建立起合諧的工作關(guān)系。 Coordinate relationship among staffs in the team and establish harmonious working relationship among staffs. 任職資格Post Qualification (★強(qiáng)制要求Mandatory requirement ◆優(yōu)選要求Preferred requirement ) 1. 學(xué)歷 Education Background ★大專學(xué)歷 College degree 2. 專業(yè) Major ◆機(jī)械類專業(yè) Mechanical 3. 專業(yè)知識(shí)和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills ★熟悉數(shù)控機(jī)床的操作 Be familiar with the operation of CNC machine. ★了解并熟悉汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系與5S。 Be familiar with the quality management system of Auto and 5S （IATF16949,ISO9001） 4. 經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience ★2年以上汽車制造業(yè)班長(zhǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； Over 2 years experience as a shift leader in Auto 5. 個(gè)人素質(zhì) Personality ★具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力和良好的溝通、組織、協(xié)調(diào)能力，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能在壓力下工作，工作態(tài)度積極，能夠高效率地工作，有創(chuàng)新能力和解決沖突的能力。 Have a strong sense of responsibilities; be able to manage a team; good communication and coordination skill; team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive and high efficient; have the capability of innovation and be able to resolve conflicts. 上班時(shí)間： 12小時(shí)兩班倒，做五休二 |
