			工作地點:太倉市城廂鎮(zhèn)佳和路9號 MAIN DUTIES - Operating the WMS System for goods in/out, coordinate the system operator and the warehouse keeper to control the operation process and make sure the turnover volume can reach the KPI requirements 系統(tǒng)出入庫操作,協(xié)調系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場倉庫人員的操作進度并確保出入庫操作達到客戶的KPI要求 - Timely submitting receipts of goods and D/Os to customer according to the requirement and make sure timely submitting daily operating report and monthly billing statement. - 按照客戶要求及時向客戶提交相關報表,確保提交每日操作記錄和每月帳單 - Responsible for monthly cycle count, verify the discrepancy and issue cycle count report. Deal with customer complaint to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of service failure 負責月度盤點,核對差異,出據(jù)盤點報告。處理客戶投訴,確??蛻魸M意度,降低貨損風險 - Maintain main data of WMS system and Kinnsoft system, including customers` information and the data of all kinds of materials WMS系統(tǒng)和荊藝系統(tǒng)主數(shù)據(jù)維護,包括客戶信息,物料主數(shù)據(jù)等 - Continually optimize the system bin location and the operation process 優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)儲位及操作流程 - Keep good communication and relationship with other department and customers, make sure daily operation running smoothly 保持與其它部門和客戶的良好溝通,維護良好的關系并確保日常操作的正常運轉 - Keep good communication with the direct superior and provide improvement proposals 與直接上級主管保持良好溝通,并能提出合理化的改進意見 - Team building, make sure the subordinators can work independently according to their JD 團隊建設,確保下屬按其JD完成工作 - Ensure all activities follow SOP, to guarantee all process risk-free and cost effective 確保所有作業(yè)活動符合SOP,確保作業(yè)流程安全和成本受控 - Responsible for updating the training materials & SOPs and conduct the training to the team on regular basis, for example, safety use and maintenance of MHE as well as the warehouse operation process etc. 負責更新培訓資料和SOP,并對作業(yè)團隊進行定期培訓。比如,安全使用和維護作業(yè)設備,及倉庫作業(yè)流程等 - Execute and implement methodology from up management. Continuously improve operation efficiency and process 推行和執(zhí)行從公司總部推廣的先進管理模式,持續(xù)改善作業(yè)效率和流程 - Other jobs assigned by direct superior 上級交辦的其它事項 ? REQUIREMENT PROFILE EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING - Middle school graduated or above, in good health 初中或學歷,身體健康 TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIES - Minimum 3 years working experience with warehouse management, at least 1 years at supervisor level 至少3年倉庫工作經驗,其中至少1年主管經驗 - Familiar with the warehouse process as well as 5s and lean management. 熟悉倉儲物流流程及各個環(huán)節(jié),熟悉5s和精益管理 - Good computer skills able to use office software and WMS system 熟練使用電腦及辦公軟件,會使用WMS系統(tǒng) PERSONAL- & SOCIAL COMPETENCIES - Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill 良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力 - Good knowledge of cooperation and organizing skill, team work 良好的組織協(xié)調能力,注重團隊合作  |
