某外資企業(yè)委托人才網(wǎng)招聘 主要工作職責： Job responsibilities: 1.負責電氣裝配團隊的生產(chǎn)管理、質(zhì)量控制和人員協(xié)調(diào)，確保安全、高效完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，同時優(yōu)化物料管理和成本控制。 Responsible for leading the electrical assembly team, ensuring safe and efficient production, quality compliance, and material management to optimize cost and workflow. 2.生產(chǎn)與團隊管理：安排每日生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，監(jiān)督電氣裝配線（柜體組裝、線束加工、PLC接線等）的進度與效率。培訓、考核班組成員，提升團隊技能與協(xié)作能力。 Production & Team Management: Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress and efficiency of electrical assembly line (e.g., panel building, wiring harness, PLC termination). Train and evaluate team members to improve skills and collaboration. 3.質(zhì)量管理：確保產(chǎn)品符合ISO等標準及客戶技術(shù)要求。分析裝配缺陷，推動改進措施。 Ensure products meet ISO standards and client specifications. Analyze defects and implement corrective actions. 4.物料管理：監(jiān)督電氣裝配物料的領(lǐng)取、使用與庫存（如線纜、端子、電氣元件等），避免浪費。協(xié)調(diào)倉庫與采購部門，確保物料及時供應(yīng)并處理異常短缺。 Material Management: Oversee material requisition, usage, and inventory (e.g., cables, terminals, components) to minimize waste. Coordinate with warehouse/purchasing to ensure material availability and resolve shortages. 5.安全管理：執(zhí)行EHS政策，確保班組遵守電氣作業(yè)安全規(guī)范（如LOTO、5S）。 Safety: Enforce EHS policies and electrical safety procedures (e.g., LOTO, 5S). 6.持續(xù)改進：推動精益生產(chǎn)，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程與物料利用率。 Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and material utilization. 7.與其他相關(guān)部門合作配合，確保工作順利開展。 Cooperation with others. 8.完成上級/經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作。公司管理層、員工手冊和相關(guān)主管交辦事項與職責。 All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management. 任職資格： Qualification: 1.大專及以上學歷，電氣類相關(guān)專業(yè)。 College degree in Electrical Engineering. 2.5年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)電氣裝配工作經(jīng)驗，3年及以上團隊及物料管理經(jīng)驗（制造業(yè)優(yōu)先）。 More than 5 years in electrical assembly and at least 3 years working experience in team and material management (manufacturing preferred).. 3.熟練閱讀電氣圖紙（CAD/Schematic），具備英語讀寫能力。 Proficient in reading electrical drawings (CAD/Schematic), basic English skill with reading and writing. 4.熟悉ERP/MES系統(tǒng)及物料管理流程。 Familiar with ERP/MES systems and material management. 5.對ABB及西門子或同等品牌變頻器有豐富的調(diào)試和故障排除經(jīng)驗。 Have rich debugging and troubleshooting experience for ABB and Siemens or equivalent brand inverter. 6.溝通能力強，能獨立自主承擔相關(guān)工作。 Good communication skills and independent. 7.具有動手能力及團隊合作精神，邏輯清晰，能高效地處理多種任務(wù)。 Team player and have strong practical skill. Logical thinking and able to handle multi-tasks in parallel. 8.能適應(yīng)出差并在設(shè)備現(xiàn)場工作。 Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork. 9.具有電工證、精益生產(chǎn)認證。 Electrician certificate and lean manufacturing certification.. |
