主要職責： Take charge to fulfill the sales target and expenses control; 負責執(zhí)行并完成確定的銷售指標和費用預算； Establishing and developing of the sales network (agency, distribution and partner); 負責銷售網(wǎng)絡（代理商、渠道和合作伙伴）的建立與維護； Ensure necessary and relevant information flow of projects followed among sales, factory and other functional departments. 確保項目相關的必要信息及資料在銷售部、工廠間及其他職能部門間的溝通。 Support or participate in negotiation of offers & contracts; 指導或者參與報價及合同的談判； Ensure necessary and relevant information flow of projects followed among sales, factory and other functional departments. 確保項目相關的必要信息及資料在銷售部、工廠間及其他職能部門間的溝通。 Following up and resolve the outstanding payments. 跟蹤和解決拖欠款項。 Support to implement the market development, promotion plan, and important public activities; 協(xié)助完成市場開發(fā)與推廣計劃，以及重大公關活動； |

任職要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above, age between 33 to 45, architecture / decoration or related major, with sound knowledge in metal ceilings / metal wall claddings. 本科以上學歷，年齡33歲至45歲之間，建筑、裝潢相關專業(yè)，熟悉金屬天花板/金屬墻板相關的專業(yè)知識。 2. Within Asia especially mainland China, approved experiences of project sales team management more than 3 years, and at least 5 years of top grade decoration product selling. 在亞洲特別是中國大陸，有3年以上項目銷售團隊成功管理經(jīng)歷，有至少5年高檔建筑產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗。 3. Good relationship with architecture institutes network, have formal / official agency channel of decoration materials or social mediate relations. 良好的建筑設計院關系網(wǎng)絡，擁有一定規(guī)模的正規(guī)的建筑產(chǎn)品代理商渠道或有社會中介關系渠道。 4. Familiar with dealing directly with owners and contractors, tender process, sophisticated negotiations skills, evaluation the progress of construction site, etc. 熟悉有關業(yè)主及承包商事務的直接處理、投標操作、高級談判技巧、現(xiàn)場進程評估等。 5. Good skills in communication and organizing, e.g. with owners, architects, partners, clients, contractors, colleagues, etc.; expressive, decisive, and expert at analysis, strategic & systematic thinking, adept in harmony of different cultural backgrounds, can work under pressure. 良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力（包括業(yè)主、建筑師、合作伙伴、客戶、施工方及同事），善于表達和決策，專業(yè)的分析及戰(zhàn)略和系統(tǒng)思維能力，能夠協(xié)調(diào)不同的文化差異，并適應在壓力下工作。 6. Fluent skills of Office software and English; German is a plus, as well as knowledge of German and Chinese. 熟練使用Office軟件，熟練的英語水平；懂德語及了解中德文化差異者優(yōu)先。 7. Good professional ethics. 良好的職業(yè)道德。 8. Healthy and willing to travel within Asia frequently. 身體健康，可以適應在亞洲范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)常出差。 注：此職位工作地點在上海長寧區(qū) |
