| 工作描述： |
1.Quality inspection in production site. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的質(zhì)量檢驗。 2.According to the quality checklist to monitor the product quality states. 依據(jù)質(zhì)量檢查表監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況。 3.Assistant quality supervisor carry out workshop site process audit. 協(xié)助質(zhì)量主管開展車間現(xiàn)場過程審核。 4.Report any incompliance to the quality supervisor and notice the production supervisor in time. 一旦檢查不符合質(zhì)量要求，及時報告質(zhì)量主管并告知生產(chǎn)部門主管。 5.Taking immediate corrective action such as isolation, stop production etc, in case of quality major problems. 一旦有重大質(zhì)量問題，立即采取應(yīng)急措施如隔離，停止生產(chǎn)等。 6.Improve the quality of product, reduce the rate of waste material by efforts 產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制，努力提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。降低廢品率 7.Perform 1st sample confirmation before machine start-up, conduct random check & random check record during production 生產(chǎn)過程中的首樣確認(rèn)，抽樣檢驗，并做好檢驗記錄 8.In production process disqualification should record, analyse the reason and then give countermeasure. Decline the disqualification, and make an atmosphere of no defective quality management by correct and adopt preventive measure. 對生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的不合格進行記錄 ，并分析原因，提出對策，通過糾正和采取預(yù)防措施，不斷減少不合格品，營造零缺陷的質(zhì)量管理氛圍 9.The badness of raw material in production process should record and give explain, and notice the quality in-coming controller to deal with it. 生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的原材料不良，進行記錄和說明不良點，通知質(zhì)量進料管理員進行處理 10.Give employee production, quality awareness and administrant training to gradually improve staff self-test competence and cognize toward produce. 對員工進行產(chǎn)品、質(zhì)量意識和管理的培訓(xùn)，不斷提高員工自主檢驗?zāi)芰蜕a(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)知能力 11.Make sure reality and efficiency of site process quality inspection 確?，F(xiàn)場過程的質(zhì)量檢驗真實有效。 12.Make sure the status of material/product is clear marked and put into assigned area, always keep the working surrounding in the condition of tidy and cleanness 督促員工做好產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識（含待檢標(biāo)識），按規(guī)定擺放，保持工作現(xiàn)場整潔。 13.Optimize the production process quality monitoring in accordance with the DIN ISO9001 quality management system, good cooperation relationship with the production personnel. 依據(jù)DIN ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系的要求優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量監(jiān)控，與生產(chǎn)人員良好的合作關(guān)系。 |
