| 工作描述： |
Role Purpose: The role will work closely with Dettol process manager to ensure the strategic project TaiCang is conducted successfully on safety, quality, budget, and schedule. This includes: ? Support project execution with internal cross function team/external souring service consultant/supplier on safety, quality, schedule and cost esp. on process aspects. ? Help Line Manager to manage equipment vendor to complete the project Detail design and participate all the project design review, workshop to ensure a good design qualify. ? Participate the process/equipment package lifecycle, fully involve from vendor selection, FAT, installation management, SAT, IQ, OQ. The responsibility also including communication/coordination with technical team, other internal stakeholder and external equipment vendor to optimize the process. Scope: ? Current Dettol Process (making/packing system, PW system, Powder transfer system etc.) ? Expansion process scope Accountabilities: ? Attend on project internal engineering team meeting. Support on draft up the meeting minutes and follow up on the Key Actions on task execution basis. ? Support on the project management coordination with internal/external teams. Daily or Weekly report on project progressing. ? Work together with engineering team and travel to existing RB factory to gather information input /execute site investigation per task requirement. ? Fully involve process equipment FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ activities and support on PQ site execution. ? Support to set up equipment related SOP, PM, etc ? Support the setup of project document control system. Skills & Experience required: ? Prior experience work with factory daily operation or maintenance or project engineering. ? Strong Organizing ability and Easy-going communication skills ? Familiar with GMP/GEP is preferred. ? Project Management Coordination: Basic understanding of the project execution lifecycle and target focus action ability. Proven Experience in coordination/communication with different teams. Professional qualifications required: ? Educated to Degree calibre – Engineering Qualification mandatory. ? Strong Responsibility and target implementation capability. ? Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential. ? Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project Personal Attributes: ? Focussed on getting the work done. ? Ability and keen to learn. ? Able and passion to work in a high pressure and intensity environment and deliver on tight timelines. ? Effective team player. ? Open to travel if required, full time work on TaiCang sites |
