| 工作描述： |
Accountabilities: ? Responsible for setting accurate MPS according to market demand and ensure workshop daily production schedule is in line with master production schedule ? Strive to avoid production down time due to planning issue ? Provide suggestion for production scheduling optimization with minimized change-over downtime and maximized mixer utilization. ? Actively respond to market requests for supply changes and share optimal solution to assure target service level ? Engage with relevant functions to assess supply risks in terms of material shortage, capacity constraints, logistics barriers, etc., and support factory RCCP exercise ? Actively involved in NPD/EPD projects and assure new product launch on time ? Responsible for accuracy of relevant SAP master data and inform data maintenance team to update in time if needs ? Responsible for embellishment planning and track order fulfilment at OEM co-packers Skills & Experience required: ? Bachelor’s degree or above ? 4+ years material planning/production background in manufacturing environment ? Experienced SAP user ? Background in chemical or FMCG industry is preferred ? Background in production/NPD/Procurement/Quality is a plus Professional qualifications required: ? Planning background in manufacturing environment ? Strong communication & persuasive skills ? Team player with ownership & commitment, result oriented to deliver objectives ? Excellent skills in Excel & SAP, and experience with PPT & Word ? Strong logical and data analytical competence ? Efficient and effective in time management ? Good spoken and written English skills ? High learning agility to develop knowledge in products & process ? Service oriented mindset |
