| 工作描述: | 
			Main Responsibilities: 1. Set up efficient communication channel among inter-company, customer, headquarter to ensure project success; 在公司內(nèi)部、客戶及總部之間建立有效的溝通渠道,確保項(xiàng)目的成功; 2. Define project scope and organize project kick off meeting. Recommend and acquire needed resource, manage and support project teams; 確定項(xiàng)目范圍,組織項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)議。推薦和獲取所需資源,管理和支持項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì); 3. Make project time plan and control the project progress using project management tool and skills. Deal with the all kinds of conflict happened during project process and provide feasible solution to project teams; 運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理工具和技能制定項(xiàng)目時(shí)間計(jì)劃,控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。處理項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中發(fā)生的各種沖突,為項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)提供切實(shí)可行的解決方案; 4. Assign work package and implement project according to inernal procedure which is like APQP and VDA6.1/TS16949 or customer special requirements on projet development process. And archive project documents; 根據(jù)APQP和VDA6.1/TS16949等內(nèi)部程序或客戶對(duì)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過(guò)程的特殊要求,分配工作包并實(shí)施項(xiàng)目。并歸檔項(xiàng)目文件; 5. Project risk (identification, analysis, preventive/corrective actions) management and cost tracking & control; 項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(識(shí)別、分析、預(yù)防/糾正措施)管理和成本跟蹤與控制; 6. Organize internal review and release according internal procedure; 根據(jù)內(nèi)部程序組織內(nèi)部審核和發(fā)布; 7. Report to management about project progress and big issues to get necessary support; 向管理層匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展和重大問(wèn)題,以獲得必要的支持; 8. Support new project acquisition, organize R&D cost analysis. 支持新項(xiàng)目獲取,組織研發(fā)成本分析。  |

			Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive or engineering major 汽車或工程專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 2. 5 years and above of relevant work experience 5年以上(含)相應(yīng)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3. Experience in global OEM(include JV) project management is desired 有全球OEM(包括合資企業(yè))項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 4. Strong in procedure management and cost controlling 較強(qiáng)的流程管理和成本控制 5. Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skill in oral and written 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和良好的人際交往能力,口頭和書面溝通能力強(qiáng) 6. Good at MS Office software and project management system 辦公軟件及項(xiàng)目管理軟件精通 7. Fluent in oral and written English 英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書面流利 8.
