| 工作描述： |
Gerneral Purpose: Perform Controlling services for TCN and Asian sales subsidiaries within the SSC Asia. This includes but is not limited to SAP monthly closing activities, financial analysis and internal consulting for local management. Main Task: 1.Carry out monthly closing activities in SAP and prepare difference reporting and support to find out the reason. 2.Key User of SAP CO, Processing of cost element, cost center, profit center (SAP CO-OM, PCA, CO-PA) 3.Support within the budgeting and forecasting process. 4.Perform financial analysis on business division and product level. 5.Actively improve existing business processes and serve as an internal consultant / business partner for the local management 6.Cooperate and collaborate effectively with other departments within TCN, local management of SSC subsidiary as well as headquarter in Germany 7.Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and Controlling standards implemented at TRUMPF. This includes data validation and implementation of new Controlling standards. 8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. |

1.University or above, preferably studied / worked abroad (e.g. Germany, US), major in Business Administration (Controlling / Finance) 2.4 years' working experience (in foreign company or joint venture) for SAP-CO, or controlling 3.Very good knowledge of SAP CO and SAP FI. Very good knowledge of Excel 4.Fluent in Chinese and English (verbally and in writing) 5.Strong analytical and communication skills 6.Systematic working style 7.Able to understand business processes and to advise management 8.Able to cope with high work load, 9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China |
