1）Planning & Inventory Management 計(jì)劃與庫(kù)存管理 ?Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory policies 根據(jù)需求預(yù)測(cè)、產(chǎn)能和庫(kù)存政策，制定和維護(hù)短期、中期和長(zhǎng)期供應(yīng)計(jì)劃 ?Manage inventory levels to meet customer service targets and working capital goals 管理庫(kù)存水平以達(dá)到客戶(hù)服務(wù)目標(biāo)和營(yíng)運(yùn)資金目標(biāo) ?Monitor stockouts, slow movers, and excess inventory, and take proactive action 監(jiān)控缺貨、滯銷(xiāo)和過(guò)剩庫(kù)存，并采取積極行動(dòng) 2）Forecasting & S&OP 預(yù)測(cè)& S&OP ?Participate in the S&OP process, consolidating inputs from commercial and operations teams 參與S&OP流程，整合來(lái)自商務(wù)和運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的意見(jiàn) ?Reconcile supply plans with sales forecasts and market intelligence 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)計(jì)劃與銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)和市場(chǎng)情況 ?Analyze historical trends and forecast accuracy to improve planning models 分析歷史趨勢(shì)和預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性，以改進(jìn)規(guī)劃模型 3）Procurement & Supplier Coordination 采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào) ?Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging in line with production plans 確保原材料和包裝的及時(shí)供應(yīng)符合生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃 ?Liaise with procurement to flag material risks, MOQ issues, and supplier lead times 與采購(gòu)部門(mén)聯(lián)系，標(biāo)記材料風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、最小起訂量問(wèn)題和供應(yīng)商交貨期 ?Track PO execution, lead time adherence, and supplier reliability 跟蹤訂單執(zhí)行情況，交貨時(shí)間，供應(yīng)商可靠性 4）Logistics & Fulfillment Support 物流和實(shí)現(xiàn)支持 ?Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning and distribution alignment 與物流團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度計(jì)劃和配送路線 ?Optimize transportation and warehouse usage where needed 根據(jù)需要優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸和倉(cāng)庫(kù)的使用 ?Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery targets are met 確保OTIF（準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨）目標(biāo)的達(dá)成 5）Data, Systems & Reporting 數(shù)據(jù)、系統(tǒng)和報(bào)告 ?Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Kingdee) 維護(hù)ERP/MRP系統(tǒng)（如金蝶）中的計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù) ?Generate regular planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards 生成定期計(jì)劃報(bào)告、kpi和儀表板 ?Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes 在計(jì)劃過(guò)程中支持持續(xù)改進(jìn) 6）Other matters assigned by the leader 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項(xiàng) Qualifications職位要求: 1)Education:Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management,Operations Management, business administration, international trade or related fields is preferred. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，供應(yīng)鏈管理、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、工商管理、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2)Professional Skills Required 專(zhuān)業(yè)技能要求： · 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning (preferably in food or FMCG). 3年以上供應(yīng)鏈計(jì)劃或生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)（食品或快消品優(yōu)先）。 · Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)（SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics）。 · Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus. 高級(jí)Excel技能；有預(yù)測(cè)/計(jì)劃工具經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 · Have working experience in multinational enterprises or leading manufacturing companies. 有跨國(guó)企業(yè)或制造業(yè)頭部企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 · Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is an advantage. 熟悉GMP， HACCP或食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者優(yōu)先 · Fluency in English 英語(yǔ)流利 3）Quality requirements： 素質(zhì)要求： · Clear in logic, with data sensitivity and systematic thinking, capable of independently solving complex problems. 邏輯清晰，具備數(shù)據(jù)敏感性和系統(tǒng)性思維，能獨(dú)立解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題。 · Strong ability to withstand pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment, and possessing a sense of cross-departmental collaboration. 抗壓能力強(qiáng)，適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作環(huán)境，具備跨部門(mén)協(xié)作意識(shí)。 · Clear career development intentions, willing to accept job rotation or undertake additional challenging tasks. 明確的職業(yè)發(fā)展意愿，愿意接受輪崗或承擔(dān)額外挑戰(zhàn)性任務(wù)。 |
