| 工作描述： |
1)Issue purchase orders based on the requirements in the MRP system to ensure that suppliers deliver goods in the quantity and time specified in the purchase orders. 根據MRP系統(tǒng)中的需求下達采購訂單，確保供應商按照采購訂單要求的數量和時間交貨。 2)According to the different payment terms of the suppliers, arrange the payment of the goods in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely issuance of the letter of credit and the payment of the goods. 根據供應商不同的付款條件，及時安排貨款的支付。 協調財務部門，確保信用證的及時開具和支付貨款 3)According to the different payment terms of the suppliers, arrange the payment of the goods in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely issuance of the letter of credit and the payment of the goods. 定期回顧物料安全庫存的數量， 控制庫存水平。 4)Regularly review the quantity of material safety stock and control the inventory level. 協調處理因供應商問題產生的投訴，監(jiān)督供應商及時整改。 5)Evaluate the performance of suppliers. 評估供應商表現。 6)Complete other assignments as delegated by leadership. 完成領導委派的其他事宜。 Qualifications職位要求: 1)Education:Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management,Operations Management, business administration, international trade or related fields is preferred. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上學歷，供應鏈管理、運營管理、工商管理、國際貿易等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2)Professional Skills Required 專業(yè)技能要求： · 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning (preferably in food or FMCG). 3年以上供應鏈計劃或生產計劃經驗（食品或快消品優(yōu)先）。 · Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)（SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics）。 · Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus. 高級Excel技能；有預測/計劃工具經驗者優(yōu)先。 · Have working experience in multinational enterprises or leading manufacturing companies. 有跨國企業(yè)或制造業(yè)頭部企業(yè)工作經驗。 · Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is an advantage. 熟悉GMP， HACCP或食品安全標準者優(yōu)先 · Fluency in English 英語流利 3）Quality requirements： 素質要求： · Clear in logic, with data sensitivity and systematic thinking, capable of independently solving complex problems. 邏輯清晰，具備數據敏感性和系統(tǒng)性思維，能獨立解決復雜問題。 · Strong ability to withstand pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment, and possessing a sense of cross-departmental collaboration. 抗壓能力強，適應快節(jié)奏工作環(huán)境，具備跨部門協作意識。 · Clear career development intentions, willing to accept job rotation or undertake additional challenging tasks. 明確的職業(yè)發(fā)展意愿，愿意接受輪崗或承擔額外挑戰(zhàn)性任務。 |
