Manage and control the business process of services, which will includes: - Quotation, debit memo and invoice of the service missions by communication with customer purchasing or finicial department; - Service contract together with technical service to promote the service product and increase the service revenue; - Open billing and overdue payment follow up and report regularly; - Following the standard of SIS workflow, make sure the service mission cost are booked with effenciency and correctness; - Customer training support including training quotation and trainig material preparation; - Documentation of business process for easy and clear tracking open issues; |
