Gerneral Purpose： In the role of Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement marketing programs for Laser Technology business in China to support business growth through clearly defined aspirational goals. Reporting to the leader of marketing department, you will be part of a winning team and develop your career in a positive and engaging environment. 作為市場(chǎng)專員，您將為通快中國(guó)激光技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)制定和實(shí)施市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃，并通過(guò)明確且意義非凡的目標(biāo)支持業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。您的直接匯報(bào)對(duì)象是市場(chǎng)部經(jīng)理，并將成為這個(gè)成功團(tuán)隊(duì)中的一員。您將有機(jī)會(huì)在一個(gè)積極向上和有吸引力的工作氛圍中發(fā)展職業(yè)生涯。 Main Task: 1.Work closely with Product Management and Sales departments to define unique selling points, lead the planning and production of marcomm materials with professionalism and unified brand styleguide. 與產(chǎn)品管理和銷售部門合作，明確功能賣點(diǎn)，主導(dǎo)市場(chǎng)宣傳物料的策劃與制作，打造具備專業(yè)性和統(tǒng)一品牌調(diào)性的市場(chǎng)宣傳工具。 2.Plan and deliver marketing contents independently with strong copywriting skills, and ensure that the output is aligned with the overall brand communication strategy. 有較強(qiáng)的文字功底，可獨(dú)立完成企宣內(nèi)容的撰寫，并確保文案輸出符合品牌整體溝通策略。 3.Assist other team members to execute the marketing activities to improve brand influence in targeted industries through trade shows and conferences. 協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部其他同事執(zhí)行展會(huì)和研討會(huì)等市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，提升業(yè)務(wù)在目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的影響力。 4.Assist the supervisor to complete market intelligence and activity reports by collecting relevant information, writing and publishing. 協(xié)助主管完成行業(yè)報(bào)告及其他活動(dòng)內(nèi)容的相關(guān)資料收集整理、撰寫、發(fā)布。 5.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. |

1.Bachelor degree本科學(xué)歷 2.Bachelor’s degree in Advertisement, Communications, Marketing, English majors is preferred. 新聞廣告、傳媒、營(yíng)銷、英文等相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先 3.Skills: -Good verbal and written English skills 具備良好的英文聽說(shuō)寫作能力 -Have patience, carefulness, strictness and strong responsibity 耐心細(xì)致、責(zé)任心強(qiáng) -Strong interpersonal skills 較強(qiáng)的人際溝通能力 Skillful in Photoshop, Premiere or FinalCut is preferred 熟練運(yùn)用Photoshop、Premiere、FinalCut等軟件者優(yōu)先 4.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具備高度的責(zé)任心和客戶導(dǎo)向意識(shí). 5.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具備獨(dú)立應(yīng)對(duì)問(wèn)題的能力, 思維開放,富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí). 6.Ability to continuously learn.具備持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的能力 7.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中國(guó)的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊(cè)以及行為準(zhǔn)則. |
