Intern of TCNE Strategy & New Business Development will support strategic projects and new business development projects by: 實(shí)習(xí)生將通過如下幾點(diǎn)支持戰(zhàn)略與新業(yè)務(wù)拓展項(xiàng)目。 1.Conducting research on specified strategic topics, including data collecting and analysis. 執(zhí)行對于特定戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)話題的獨(dú)立研究，包括數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析 2.Finishing the report with PPT, including data visualization 使用PPT完成相關(guān)報(bào)告，包含數(shù)據(jù)可視化展示 3.Supporting the organization and preparation of the workshops for strategy discussion 支持戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)工作坊的組織與準(zhǔn)備工作 4.Prepare meeting minutes and track the open topics after meeting 記錄會(huì)議紀(jì)要并在會(huì)后追蹤行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況 5.Other tasks assigned by supervisor 其他由主管布置的任務(wù) |

1.Student at University for master's degree, prefer study abroad experience in Asia 在讀碩士，優(yōu)先有亞洲留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的 2.Management, project management, business administration or similar 工商管理或項(xiàng)目管理類似的專業(yè) 3.Good knowledge of data collecting method, esp. desktop research 熟悉常用的數(shù)據(jù)收集與檢索方法，尤其是文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研 4.Good English language skills: speaking, reading and writing; Japanese / Korean as plus 英語聽說讀寫能力；會(huì)日語或韓語更優(yōu) 5.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Pivot 熟悉MS Office，尤其是PowerPoint和Excel 數(shù)據(jù)透視表 6.Structured and independent working attitude, strong analytical and organizational skills 獨(dú)立的工作態(tài)度，強(qiáng)大的分析和組織能力 7.First practical experience in market analysis, product / project management 有市場研究，或產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn) 8.Duration: ~6 months, flexible starting date 持續(xù)時(shí)間：約6個(gè)月，靈活的開始日期 9.Understand and obey TRUMPF’s Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct 理解并遵守TRUMPF的員工手冊和行為準(zhǔn)則 10.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China 愿意遵守通快中國的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊以及行為準(zhǔn)則 |
